Common Uses & ActivitiesPain Relief & Recovery Ideal for managing conditions like a meniscus tear, arthritis, ACL/MCL strain, or general instability. Sports & Exercise Provides functional joint stabilization for walking, running, gym workouts, hiking, and court sports. Variable Support Levels The internal heavy-duty copper side stabilizers can be completely removed if you prefer a lighter, more flexible compression sleeve feel on days with less discomfort. How to Wear the BraceUnfasten All Straps Unhook all Velcro straps completely so the brace can open up fully. Align the Patella Slide or place the brace onto your leg. Position the round open-patella cutout directly over your kneecap. The internal gel cushion should comfortably wrap around and cradle your kneecap. Check the Side Stabilizers Ensure that the dual rigid side hinges align evenly with the outer and inner sides of your knee joint. Secure the Main Bands Wrap and secure the main upper strap around your lower thigh and the lower strap around your upper calf. They should be snug but not pinch your skin. Fasten the X-Straps Take the criss-crossing "X-Straps" fixing system, cross them behind or around the knee according to the strap layout, and pull them firmly forward to anchor down. This provides tailored focal compression and keeps the brace from sliding down during movement. Test Your Fit Bend and straighten your leg a few times. The brace should feel firm and stable without causing any numbness, tingling, or restricted blood flow. Care InstructionsHand Wash Only Wash by hand with mild detergent and cold or lukewarm water. Do not use a washing machine or dryer, as this can damage the structural integrity of the compression fabric and Velcro.
